1. Gently dust the upper with a soft cloth around the embroidery to avoid catching the threads. 2. Work in black shoe polish in small dabs, steering clear of the embroidered zones. 3. Buff the rest of the upper with a polishing cloth to bring up the shine. 4. Apply a colorless waterproofing spray before the first wears to protect both the leather and the embroidery.
