Any delivery outside the E.U. may result in a delay of 30 days following customs control.
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to taxes, customs duties or fees imposed by the country of destination.
Generally, these charges must be paid upon arrival of the goods shipped in the destination country.
It is your responsibility to comply with the laws and rules applicable in the country of destination. For information, for the United Kingdom, customs duties and VAT on imports apply to imported goods whose value exceeds €150. KLEMAN assumes no responsibility for any such additional charges.

Some shoe care products offered on our site are not eligible for international delivery via DHL due to logistical or regulatory restrictions. The affected products are clearly identified on their respective product pages. We reserve the right to refuse any order including these items for international delivery via DHL. In the event of an order containing a non-eligible product, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and may choose another delivery method, a different product, or cancel their order at no additional cost.

 

Returns

All return requests must be made before shipping the merchandise, directly via our form: Make a return.

Terms and conditions
All return requests must be made before shipping the merchandise. Return shipping is free except for zones 3 and 4 (Albania, Canada, Guernsey, Jersey, Liechtenstein, North Macedonia, Mexico, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Turkey, United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland, French Overseas Territories), where return costs are at your expense. An amount of €30 for zone 3, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and €40 for zone 4, will be deducted from the refund. All products must be returned to the Company in a new condition, fit for resale. Any product that has been worn or damaged, that is incomplete, or whose original packaging is damaged or missing, will neither be accepted nor exchanged. All returns must be sent or dropped off at the company's relevant department within thirty (30) business days following the return request, returned in full, in its original packaging and in perfect condition. The return label provided must be clearly visible on the return packaging. No cash-on-delivery shipments will be accepted, for any reason whatsoever. Failure to comply with the procedures described above means that no claim for non-conformity or apparent defect of the delivered products can be accepted.

Returns of accessories (laces, socks, etc.) are not accepted.

Refund of returns
We recommend that you keep proof of shipment until the return has been processed. Items will be refunded within a maximum of 10 business days from receipt of the return, by re-crediting the bank card or PayPal account used for the purchase, or in the form of store credit, after verification of the good condition of the item and its packaging. Product exchanges are not possible.

Refund of shipping costs
The shipping costs charged are refunded, except in the case of:

1. a partially returned order;
2. a delivery zone in zones 2, 3 or 4 described above.
