Orders must not exceed 500 Euros.
3. Order success
Your order is confirmed upon receipt of the email “Order confirmation”. The sale will be effective once the order is confirmed and shipped by KLEMAN. This confirmation is completed upon sending the email of shipping process (maximum 3 working days except for sale items or items on special offer) KLEMAN reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason (item unavailable, problem concerning the order received, abnormal order, predictable problems concerning the delivery or issues about a previous order).
In this case, KLEMAN will contact the client, please allow a maximum delay of 5 working days once the order is registered and a refund will be made. If we are only able to fulfill part of your order, payment will be taken for your whole order, and then on dispatch a full refund for the unavailable goods will be made.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time but will apply the current rates as indicated to you on the site at the time the order was placed.

7. Delivery terms
We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times stated on the website are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations. This is due to third party factors, which may cause delays.

8. Right of Retraction
A return slip is delivered with every order. KLEMAN allows you 30 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. Your right of retraction begins the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product within this time period, at your own expense, accompanied by your invoice and a completed and signed return goods demand. We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post.
Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility. The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete working condition (packaging, accessories, user guide etc.). Any product that has been damaged, or is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded. The client will be refunded once the products are received by KLEMAN under 14 days.

After a prior written approach by consumers to KLEMAN, the Mediator Service may be seized for any consumer disputes which the settlement would not have resulted in.
