Delivery and shipping charges

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday).
For in-stock items, depending on the shipping method you select, your order should be processed within 1 or 2 working days after order verification and credit approval.
Whichever form of shipping you choose, you can track your order from your account in the Order History section.

Shipping fees may vary subject to the cost and weight of your order and will be added to your invoice. Shipping fees are always detailed in the order summary.

If you live outside E.U. you may have an extension of 30 days to wait for your shipment due to customs services.
You may be charged customs duties and taxes for something purchased online. Duties and taxes are most typically not included in the price of the goods you purchase online, and might not be included in the overall shipping costs you pay

Returns / refunds

You have a period of 28 days from receipt of your order to request a return and send the product(s).
To do this, thank you to log in to your account and go to the section "History of your orders", then select the order and the items to return, and fill out the form of the footer stating the reason for the return.

The refund of the articles will be carried out under a maximum period of 10 working days from the reception of the return, by re-credit on the bank card or PayPal account used at the time of the purchase, and this after control of the good state of the article and its packaging.

For an identical product/price exchange, you must retake a new order. We will provide you with a free return label to return the first order.

For a return after a withdrawal, shipping costs are your responsibility.

Returns and refunds policy

Please keep proof of shipping in case the return is not processed.
Please return products unused and in the original packaging. Damaged, incomplete or dirty products will not be accepted, refunded or exchanged. You can use the same packaging as was used for delivery.
