When the team from Loreak Mendian first came to us, it wasn’t just about design — it was about grounding the collaboration in something real. From Donostia to La Romagne, two territories, two cultures, brought together by a shared respect for craft, landscape, and the way things are made.

Rural paths, vineyards in western France, and that constant dialogue between nature and use quickly set the tone. It felt natural to step বাইরে the studio — to walk, to observe, to work with what’s there. To design with intention, guided by gestures, constraints, and the rhythm of the seasons.

This capsule arrives with spring — that in-between moment when you head back outdoors, as days grow longer but conditions remain unpredictable. Essential pieces, built to adapt, to move, and to last.

A clean, functional silhouette.

At the core of the collaboration, the MAHASTIA reimagines the iconic PADROR in a lighter construction, set on an EVA sole designed for everyday comfort and ease of movement.

Two interpretations define the silhouette: a cognac version combining suede leather with a softer, textured finish, and a black version blending smooth leather with more tactile materials. Contrast stitching adds depth, subtly echoing the light beige tone of the sole.

A cut-out leather vine leaf, applied as a signature detail, anchors the design in its natural surroundings.

“Mahastia” — meaning “vineyard” in Basque — directly reflects the landscapes and origins behind the collaboration.

The unisex coach jacket is crafted from organic cotton Milerain fabric, finished with a water-repellent treatment. Lightweight and functional, it offers protection from the wind while remaining breathable, thanks to the natural properties of the fibre.

Designed for transitional weather and outdoor use, it moves easily with the rhythm of spring and its shifting conditions.

An embroidered KLEMAN x Loreak Mendian patch sits just below the chest.

Crafted from organic cotton, this unisex T-shirt features a bold back print, while an embroidered vine leaf at the chest subtly reflects the identity of the collaboration.
